Privacy Policy

100% on-device processing
Your photos never leave your phone. Every compression, crop, rotation, and format conversion is performed locally using native Android graphics APIs on your device hardware.
No cloud storage, no uploads
The app does not operate any server that receives your images. There is no upload queue, no remote processing, and no backup of your media. The app works fully offline, including in airplane mode.
No personal data collection
We do not collect personal identities, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. No account or sign-in is required to use any feature of the app. Compression history and savings analytics are stored only in a local on-device database and can be cleared at any time.
Advertising transparency
The app is supported by non-intrusive ads served through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may process limited data such as advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, in line with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable GDPR and CCPA requirements. Where required, a consent prompt is shown before personalised ads are served, and you can opt out of ad personalisation at any time in your Android settings.
Storage permissions
Storage permissions (Read/Write External Storage on older Android versions, or the Android Photo Picker on newer versions) are used solely to read the images you explicitly choose and to save the compressed outputs back to your device. The app does not scan, index, or transmit any other files on your device.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page along with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
